Referee Manager

The Sports Logic Referee Manager is an application that ties into the Sports Logic Schedule Manager allowing league referees to register in the system to view or request games. Referee administrators can set the Manager to allow for referees to login and request games; or set the Manager so the administrator is the only one to view and assigns games from the pool of referees registered. Each registered referee has their own Sports Logic page where their game schedule and Message Center are accessed. 48 hour game notifications are then emailed and/or texted to the referee as a reminder.

Referee Assigner: The referee administrator can view the league game schedules and assign referees based on experience or level. The game assignments are sent to the individual referee to be accepted or denied. All accepted games will then appear on the individual referee’s home page and a 48 hour reminder will be sent out.
Referee Request: The Referee Request feature allows all registered referees to search and request games based on their schedule. The Referee Manager allows for certain criteria to be set so games request can only be made based on experience or level. Limits of the number of games refereed in a day, week or month can also be set. Game requests go to the referee administrator for final approval. Once approved the games will be posted on the individual referee’s home page.
Referee Administrator Page: The Referee Administrator page allows for all league criteria to be set. Chose either to allow requests to be made by the referee; or only allow an administrator to assign games. Set the limits on the number of games that can be refereed. Assign roles to the referee position and much more.
Individual Referee Page: Each registered referee has their own page. On this page all their game schedules are listed along with the ability to accept, request or deny games. Each referee page also comes with access to the Message Center so they can communicate with the referee administrator as well as other referees.
48 Hour Automated Games & Events Reminders: Like the Sports Logic Team Manager page, the individual referee page pulls from the calendar and sends out game and event reminders. The systems pulls the data and will email and/or text the referee 48 hours before an assignment. Any game changes in the system will also be shown on the referee page.
