Secure & Convenient Online Registration: Sports Logic provides secure online payment functions to quickly and accurately accept organization and club fees. You no longer need to spend time and money on your own merchant account that will only be used one or twice a year. Online payments have been shown to increase player participation and can increase revenues through the Sports Logic sponsorship offers. If you prefer not to have online payments, Sports Logic can still offer what we call “soft registration” which allows organizations and clubs to use our registration process without having the participant pay at the time of registration. It would then be up to the organization or club to receive the payment on their own.
Streamlined & Automated Registration Process: Registrars love Sports Logic’s Online Registration - no more hours of tedious data entry or collection of money. Online registration makes registering easier for everyone – the player (and parent of youth players) and the registrar/administrator. Sports Logic captures all the data a league needs to roster teams, order uniforms, communicate with players, get coaches/volunteers/refs, and much more.
Provides Waitlist & Tryout Registration Options: The Sports Logic waitlist and tryout feature allows organizations, leagues and clubs, the ability to track and manage participants without having them actually go through a full registration or even pay. The waitlist option appears once a division is closed and captures the participant data which is then put in order of entry. The waitlist can then be used should a spot open up and will allow the next available on the waitlist to register and pay. The tryout feature allows organizations, leagues and clubs to capture participant information by divisions. Once tryouts are over, those that have made the team are invited by the Sports Logic system to register and pay.
Real-Time Registration Information: Up-to-the-second registration information is captured by Sports Logic and posted on the League Summary page. Administrators can get a quick snapshot of registration numbers by division or pull reports on all participant data. The benefit of this quick view access is ithat t allows organizations, leagues and clubs the ability to monitor registration real-time and notify participants of capacity issues, track number of volunteers, prepare for the number of teams and player assignments, and much more.
