League Manager

The Sports Logic League Manager page gives league and organization presidents/commissioners, board members, and division administrators access to all league information. Our League Manager page offers all the functionality a league or organization would ever need. Administrator access is controlled by the user profile which can be set by Sports Logic or the president/commissioner of the league or organization.

Functions of the League Manager include a universal e-mail/Message Center, universal events calendar, set roster tool, admin and coaches section, league summary section, division standing section, player and team search capabilities, and a league calendar which displays every game or scheduled event.

The goal behind the League Manager is to help reduce or eliminate the manual processes associated with running a league or organization while providing the best possible tools to enable a uniformed communication and management process. Through this process, leagues and organizations will create a more enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Board members, volunteers, participants and parents will all benefit from the Sports Logic solution.

League Summary Reports: League Summary Report shows real-time registration data and allows the league administrators to track, monitor, and manage all league information.
Team Balancing & Creation: Team balancing in the Sports Logic system can be accomplished at the touch of a button. Once the criteria has been set for how a team should be balanced all the administrator has to do is select the Balance team button and teams are created. The administrator can then view and edit the teams for final approval before uploading to the Sports Logic Team Manager™ page.; The system takes into account the coaches child and automatically assigns them to the his/her team eliminating any problems with coach's child potentially being assigned to the wrong team. Manual team creation or editing is easily accomplished through the Set Rosters feature which allows the administrator to select a player, or multiple players, and assign them to a team. This is an ideal feature for organizations, leagues or clubs that like to conduct drafts.
Text Messages & Email System: The League Manager also comes with a Message Center which functions like a robust e-mail system. Through the league Message Center administrators can quickly and accurately communicate with every league member at the touch of a button. Now notification for game changes, events such as picture days and re-registration or general league information can be conveyed through the Message Center and broadcasted to every participant.
48 Hour Automated Reminders of games & events: Every League Manager™ comes with built-in logic to assist the coaches and team managers with the communication and dissemination of information. The Sports Logic League Manager system has automated 48 hour notification which will monitor the league schedule and e-mail and/or text message everyone reminders for games, scrimmages and events associated with the league schedule.
Events Calendar: The Events Calendar allows for the league administrators to post important information to whoever they wish within the league. The calendar uses the same structure as the Message Center to allow for quick and intuitive navigation to the recipient. Administrators can use the Events Calendar to post pertinent league information such as picture days, tournament schedules and information, board meetings, re-registration, or other league information.
Game Editing & Master Score Entry: Multiple game changes and score entry are a snap with the Sports Logic editing utility. Game changes due to weather or other reasons can be rescheduled within minutes and then automatically posted on everyone’s Team Manager page. Adding or editing league scores can also be done for all or some of the teams based on the administrator’s needs. Sports Logic has created a fast and simple method to handle these tedious tasks.
Reporting & League Management: Create reports in the League Summary page instantly. Review reports on all registration data or export data to Excel to share with others. League Summary creates dynamic reports allowing administrator to monitor registration and keep track of data throughout the season.
