Accounting Manager

Allows League Administrators to easily track their League’s revenue. Administrators now have the capability of viewing revenue reports, invoicing registrants and accepting on-line credit card payments. Automated reminders will be sent out periodically to remind recipients that a payment is due.

Manage Accounts and post payments to users: Users can see their payments posted to their accounts and all transactions posted.
Payment Plans Payment Plans
Create payment plans for large registration fees: administrators can create payment plans for their users in an effort to easy large onetime fees. The users will then have the option of paying the registration fees in one lump sum or in a payment plan. If a payment plan is chosen then the automated reminders will let the users know when the next payment is due.
Automated Reminders Automated Reminders
Automated reminders for upcoming fees: For payment plans, reminders sent to user’s email addresses on file as well as through the message center. The automated reminders are controlled by the administrator and are sent based on the time frame chosen. Reminders can be sent out five, ten or fifteen days before a payment is due. The user can then login to their account and make a payment.
Credit Card Payments Credit Card Payments
Allows users to make credit card payments from their personal accounts in real-time: users can log in to their existing account and pay their registration fees directly from their home or office.
Reports Reports
Manage revenue through reports and registration data: League administrators can view current registration information letting them know exact number of registrants and revenue made to date.
